May get there earlier than I thought. I will be running 12th stock. Hopefully we can get some talk about stepping our game up an run sum 13.5. Anyone?
I'd be hip to that and I'll bet andrew would also. I'm not going to be there this week but next would be cool.....Brad

Ya bunch of Sallies!

Anyone with a chassis they want to run that doesn't have enough for it's own class WILL have a home at our track, no matter the turn out.

unless you would prefer to turn people away.........

So if it really really really bugs you that we have a minimally combined class, go find some more people with micro's and invite them to run so we can get another full class going.

Otherwise,,,,, STUFF IT!

all my love,

Casey

No problems with the combined classes. My wish is that there are enough to make actual classes - the more the merrier.

that would be in large part thanks to Tim S. who promptly left right before mains and didn't tell anyone he was leaving.....  either run the races or don't, make up your mind.  I'd rather make everyone listen to my crap hole announcing and move the night along.

*BLAM* There is your 'not talking about you behind your back B-Slap timmyS.

thanks for once again picking up the slack Kenny.

And Bodwell, where is the skill?  Maybe Kevin should wrench your car for you for a little while.......... and Rob should drive it.

Happy holiday assholes.

If you all had one of them you would know how much fun they are ,they are fast , they dont' break all the time, and they seam to runn forever, that is the real cost effective way to get started, and  you would all own one, rc cars are like a chicks butt , "the smaller the better"

As of now it's all have to run.
My 12th is disassembled waiting for a new chassis.
I am also getting ready for the micro Nat's in the beginning of feb.
I have no problem running alone if yous guys dont have an issue pushing the night out a little firther just have a class with 1 car in it.
I would like to continue to run it though.
I'm guessing If I am put in a single car class most people will bitch that the night ran to long :-)
Maybe I can run with speed spec. Those guys seem cool.
Sammy your teeth are getting yellow you should go have them whitened some more.  kiss

You could run with the speed spec class, too, I see no problem with that. Like I said, I know there are a bunch of these out there, let's get a class of them going. The people that don't like them and want to jeer, bite your fn tongue, cause rubber tire sucks, too. Wink We are all in the hobby to have fun, and blow off steam. Those that are in it to win the worlds, more power to you, but don't ruin someone's day. - I don't think that we have that problem, though.

And thanks to Spider Timmy for the charger, it was a big help.

So just out of curiosity.... Why don't you want to run it with the 12th scales, besides me being on crack.  It seems to be able to keep up just fine.

I would like to think I was very respectful with my comment, and like to think of myself as "an OK guy" at the track.  Sorry if I offended you.

12th scale is not the place for anything but other 12th scales. Its about clean smooth driving and pure skill. Trying to run the cleanest run possible and to have little car you can't see that will wreck your car is unacceptable sorry.

I can run my P-18 with andrew and maybe ron can run his M-18, that makes three. Once the Rev.18 is available I'm sure we will have a micro class, those things are going to be like a guided missile and I expect a line to form of people wanting one........Brad

I couldn't care less about what class, but Kenny, the car is the same size as 1/12 scales, and smaller than 1/10, wouldn't that cause more of a problem with the sedans then, otherwise, if he shows up we need to put him in a class, plain and simple....keep racing

Next week I'll have a 13.5 in my 12th, as for andrew in rubber sedan wasn't he putting the smack down on the rest of the class. There will be 3 of us running micro next week so andrew won't have to run with rubber and that should stop the crying, I hope.........Brad

crap huh I didn't think they'd stain this early, i just did them last month and I thought
they looked pretty decent? I guess not, i'll order another kit tonight and start when it arrives.

But anyways I do support the 1/35 class, i think they are pretty cool and if a couple more people
get them I will DEF get one myself! I love it because they are AWD and there relatively inexpensive!
But for now run it in the speedspec/WGT class because it will be better suited there. afro

Ok time for some learning easy general rules of thumb  smiley

Less caster = more cut less mid to exit steer cut will be more responsive on turn in

More caster = less cut but more mid to exit steering will feel softer on turn in but may turn in hard mid corner

Rubber tire carpet usually run 3-4* of caster more than likely not 6* unless anti dive is being used. Rubber tires seem to lack turn in more then mid to exit.

Glad to see you guys making your return its about time kiss If any of you need any help I will be there around 4ish

Rubber tire just blew up that is awesome can't wait we are going to be like back in the day with three solid heats of sedan on club nights maybe even a four. Oh snap who got the A main game face on tonight evil

Way to go!! thanks for that kenny, i thought rubber tire would be just the opposite, turn right in, but lack mid to exit corner bite, especially with the softer spring setups that rubbertire runs.  Im really looking forward to learing this all again, im sure a lot of my past experience will come back and help me out

Mad props to Merrill for holding his own in the B main after a 3 year hiatus from carpet, and Chach for making the A main...... and to Dean Miller for turning fast lap in one of the Speedspec quals.
