My plan is to get there by three to get some wheel time in before racing, gotta shake them cobwebs out, hopefully not by hitting boards too much.  I did find more spares for the old 04, so it shouldnt be too bad.  See you tomorrow!!

I'll have my P-18 with me, I'm not sure if andrew will have the Rev.18 Dominator ready to go. Another one of our racing buddys will be joining us with his exotek 18R so a micro class is looking good. I'll be ready for 12th and micro........Brad

At Snowbirds, they run road course and oval on the same track, on the same days. So, to keep racing going smoothly, they run the track in the same direction as the oval. Oval only runs CCW because of the way that the cars are designed.

It is not uncommon. Most tracks on the F1 tour are CW. However, Brasil and I think one or two others are CCW. Part of the challenge to the pilots is to get used to their neck being stretched more in the opposite direction than they are accustomed to.

fun night last night - very relaxed with just a few of us running we got 3 quals and the mains done in less time than we normally run, the new layout is much more car friendly than the regionals layout.

Did anyone pick up my radio?  I am pretty sure I left it on my bench last night.

I did pick that radio up and throw it in the dumpster outside, the dumpster guy is probably going to be there this morning, so you may want to get down there and jump the fence to grab it...

seriously, i put it on Todd's bench out back with a paper with your name on it.  I got ya, Scott.

I would like to put a huge thanks to all the guys who make racing at RCE as great as it is, especially the guys who have been loaning me stuff and tossing spare parts at me when i break, especially Jeff C, Joel, Timmay, Kenny, Todd, and most of all Sal who just said "here, here's a car with full electrionics, run this!!"  You guys are truly great friends and i owe you all my sanity.  This is exactly why i keep coming back to racing, could never stay away from fun and comraderie like this.

Thanks again!!

I second that, Kenny has been a driving force on the carpet and has been the man behind many of the improvements on the track and in the race program and continues to help and encourage the racers at RCE.

I personally never liked Kenny, he is always dacing around, flaunting his greatness. I mean, what kind  of pompous tool walks around the pits, skipping racing rebuilding other peoples cars, and programing their speed controls just because they ask.

Obviously this is sarcasm, Kenny has been helping me out for years, going all the way back to his days of rock crawling. One of the few nice guys in RC.

Of course, I'll probably find out right after typing this that he was the jerk off who hit my car, but I digress.

Rubbah and 12th for me guys... We should have a great turnout with all the wheel time everyone has been trying to get in. And with dirk rolling back in the laughter should be on point....

Oh yeah bring your 12th scales out...

dont worry, wont last long.  Joel likes to take cars totally apart for a missing roll pin, so all you have to do is losen a wheel nut on him and he'll be out for the night!!

Damn, Screw that. Kev Ruined it. Now I can't bust out the rubber tire. Sounds like Timmay will be loaning me a front end for the 12th though. Yes the 12th is in pieces. What can I say? I like my cars in pieces.

It relaxes them to be 'dressed down'. Think of it as a 'stress reliever' not to be dressed up for work.

I think most of the guys are running .020 just for the durability... People are flattening the .018 in 12th with ease. The speed specs are hitting harder and more often.

So we ran at Madness yesterday, just wanted to thank Casey for helping me figure out the tweak problem, Hey, it put me in the "A" main.  While I really like the track, the day went really looong for a club race.  Looking foward to Tuesday night.

Chris will continue to race any class that people want to run. If there are enough to make a class, he will run it. So, that could change from week to week.

That's what makes RCE great, we are willing to help each other out even if it means going faster than the person who helped you in the first place.  A lot of guys will help to a point and when your closing in on them they will stop helping, not us.

I say this even though I don't know a thing about wrenching. Stilling willing to help out.

OK with Tuesday shaping up to be a great night of racing, I'm wondering what way are we going to run?  Why you ask, I would like to put the soft barriers up again, I for one sure do miss them, I do not intentionally try to hit the wall, however it happens and usually the out come is...... wall 1, Sal's "C" hub broken.  Boo Hoo Sad

Now for the decision as to which way we choose to run, I say keep it the way we are going now. Why you ask, well we could entertain the idea of (dare I say..... Oval racing) not saying there will be (cause it ain't my decision).  However, if it happens we are 1 step ahead running in the counter clockwise direction.

Lets hear your input.

great input Sally, i will agree with everything in your post.
Also a of great concern is the amount of dirt/dust in the pits,
it is so thick and heavy it is tracked onto the carpet every time.
It really needs to be swept and mopped!

That's a fantastic idea Sammy!  Thank you for volunteering, its guys like you that really make RCE great.  I'll make sure the mop and bucket are ready.  Thanks again.

Last I heard, Andrew was out for tonight, understandably. Is there anyone else from the NH crew going to make the trip for some hobby car action?
